Of course it may happen that you have ordered the wrong article. If you want to exchange it for something else, please send us an email stating your order number. You send the return shipment to the address below at your own expense.
You will receive a discount code worth the shipping costs you paid and which you can use with your next order in our webshop. This discountcode is valid for 2 months after issuance.
Of course we can also refund you the amount you paid us for this order.
Please leave the original packaging unopened and undamaged and put the article to be returned in a box.
You have 14 days to return your products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept unstamped shipments or credit them. Stick enough postage on it, this saves unnecessary costs afterwards.
